Jordi Baltà Portolés

Jordi Baltà Portolés holds a degree in Political Science and Administration, a MA in European Cultural Policy and Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Cultural Cooperation Projects. Since 2001 he works as a researcher and project coordinator at the Interarts Foundation (Barcelona).
His main fields of interest include local and regional cultural policies, cultural cooperation in Europe, cultural debates in the EU, cultural diversity and cultural participation policies, the evaluation of cultural policies and projects, and the use of cultural indicators.
He has taken part to several EU and EC studies and he has coordinated a number of seminars and conferences; he has taken part as speaker or trainer in several courses and events.
